Jason M. Ma is a graduate of NYU’s Real Estate Institute with a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment and 3 years experience as an Investment Analyst.
The M.S. in Real Estate curriculum integrates theory with real-world application and practice-based immersion in all phases of the real estate deal—from initiating and analyzing to negotiating, financing, and closing the transaction.
Jason also has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and 7 years experience as a project manager and architectural engineering consultant.
Real world experience has yielded an understanding of a Building’s Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC Systems. These are the core components of a building’s life cycle and inherent value.
